Transportation Secretary, Jan Schakowsky, is a Democratic politician from Illinois. She has been a member of the U.S. House of Representatives since 2002. This is a company that is all about making sure staff doesnt steal money. The secretary has a big responsibility there and if she didnt ride a bike to get there, then her husband would be the one who would be getting away with stealing the money.
