In the modern world, we are being influenced to consume more and more of our time. We work more hours, sleep less, and take in more information. We also have more electronic devices, and are increasingly spending less time on our physical bodies. All this makes it difficult to maintain a regular and healthy lifestyle. The good news is that there are ways we can change our lives to make them healthier, more sustainable, or more balanced.
I’ve always been a fan of the term “reversal” and I’ve made a few studies and experiments with it. I have found that when you reduce the volume of activity in our daily lives, we are more energized in the morning, have more energy throughout the day, and are more productive throughout the week. When we reduce our activity, we are less hungry, more motivated, and have more zzz’s.
If you haven’t already made this connection, that’s because you’re the one with the most negative activity level. If you have a job that is draining you, no matter what the activity level, it will have an impact. It’s not a coincidence that as the hours go by and the hours go by without a break in our jobs, our health starts to decline.
There are two things to keep in mind if you have a job where you don’t get enough time: 1) Make sure you’re taking advantage of that time. If you’re on the phone all day, you might as well be in bed. If you’re trying to go for a run, you might as well be in the office. Its even better if you’re not at your job in the morning, but you can’t just go run around and get your workout in.
It’s also important to take breaks from work if you have a high health bill. Taking a few extra minutes to go to the bathroom is an excellent way to clear out your system before you need to work out. It is very important to take care of yourself, but also be aware of your system. Even if you dont feel like working out, you should look at your nutrition and sleep.

I think it is a good idea to take some time off from your job, but you should do it correctly. In an age where work and life are so intertwined it can feel like you are on two very different teams.
