It is not a bad idea to be constantly mindful of your thought and actions. A lot of times we think we are always doing the right thing, but we are in fact doing the wrong thing. When you are mindful, you are constantly reminded that you are doing the right thing and that you are aware of the outcome.

We like to think that our actions are self-directed, but it is possible that we don’t always control what we do. For instance, we can be more in control of our physical actions than we realize. We have probably been more in control of our sexual behavior. For instance, you might be more in control of your eating habits than you realize.

We are able to control what we do because we exercise control over our thoughts, so we think to ourselves, I may want to have a cigarette. That feeling will pass, and we think to ourselves, I may want to have a drink. That feeling will pass, and we think to ourselves, I may want to have a snack. That feeling will pass, and we think to ourselves, I may want to have sex.

Yeah, a lot of times we can think to ourselves, I may want to have sex, but we don’t have to. This happens when we are not aware of what we are thinking. This is called a “thought gap.” Think about it. As we were walking up the stairs to our room today, I was thinking, I may want to have sex. My thoughts were, I may want to have sex, but I don’t have to.

That’s called the thought gap because our thoughts are so random and can’t be controlled. If we were to be aware of the thoughts that were in our mind, we would be able to choose the thoughts that we would like to have the most. Of course, we cannot choose thought gaps, but we can choose the kinds of thoughts that we would like to have most.

We can choose the kinds of thoughts that we would like to have most, but we can’t have them. For example, “I would love to have sex, but I dont have to” is probably less likely to be heard than “I would love to have sex, I want to but I dont have to.

There are actually two kinds of thinking. The first kind is what we call “cognition.” Cognition is a term that we use to describe the mental activity of making a decision on the basis of information that is available to us. For example, I might think, “I need to take the bus. I’ll go to the bus stop at the end of the street and walk to the bus stop.
