The end of the day is not the end of the day. The end of the day is just the end of the hour. The end of the hour is just the end of the minute. The end of the minute is just the end of the second. The end of the second is just the end of the second. The end of the minute is just the end of the second.
Now that we’re at the end, it’s time to ask ourselves, “How is that possible?” The answer is that we don’t have to be on autopilot because, by definition, we are not on autopilot. We are aware, and we can control our own thoughts and actions.
This is a great point, and one that should be made all the time. I don’t mean to say that we should be more aware of ourselves or that we should always be on autopilot, I’m just saying that our habits and routines will do most of the work for us in our efforts to be on autopilot. If you want to go for the auto-pilot route, then you’ll need to do a little bit of work to get your thoughts and actions under your control.
Yes. We all know that. But a lot of people don’t seem to realize that we can do the same things we’re doing now without being aware of them. We just need to take the time to look at them and ask ourselves “What am I doing?” and “Why am I doing this?”.
Self-awareness is a very powerful thing. It can either bring clarity that allows you to make better decisions or it can force you to face the consequences of your actions. Either way, it is important to remember that you are on autopilot and that your habits and routines are not responsible for your actions. That is exactly what auto-pilot systems are for.
For example, you might be a fan of a video game series that you play a lot and have a favorite character. You might be a fan of the game, but you’re also a fan of another game, and that is why you like the character you do. You like a certain sort of thing, and you like a certain sort of person. And you like both of those things because they are both about the person or the thing you like.
But habits and routines aren’t always the same thing. If you are a person who is just naturally curious about everything, you will naturally gravitate toward a certain sort of activity. But if you are the kind of person who only likes things that you are curious about, you will naturally gravitate toward a certain sort of activity. It is the same with habits and routines.
That said, fixed is a fixed habit. But so is routine. And they both have a fixed point in time and they both are about the same thing. We can’t really say which one is more important, the habit or the routine.
