This is the first of a 2 part series of posts on the top 10 things we should be doing to make our lives better.

I’m sure if you’re doing one of these, you’re doing 10k in 20s. This is something that’s been on my list for quite some time. It’s not something I’ve done often, but I’m getting better about it. I’m also getting a little bit better about my drinking habits and my eating habits too.

While there seems to be no end to the number of things we can be doing to make our lives better, I think many of us are only doing a fraction of the things we could be doing. I think the true value of our time is in our efforts to make it count. The problem is that the amount of time we spend doing things is decreasing every year. This means that the quality of the time we are spending is decreasing.

And when it comes to our ability to work out, our ability to exercise, and our ability to clean ourselves up, we are also losing. For example, I have been trying to run a 5k with a friend of mine at the gym about a year and a half ago. We ran it well, but it was exhausting. I ended up quitting because I was too tired. I have not been able to run a 5k with another friend.

This is not to say that 5k distance runners are getting weaker as time goes on. I do not think this is the case. What I think it suggests is that we are losing the ability to exercise when we use so little of it. I think that this is why we are losing weight. Because of the way our bodies are built, we can get much of the nutrients we need from exercise, but not enough to make us feel great afterwards.

If you need to lose weight to get stronger, then why not just do it the old-fashioned way? I would suggest that we are losing strength because we are not exercising enough. We are exercising just a little too much. This does not mean that you should stop going to the gym. But take a step back from your activities and consider where your activities are going.

It’s an oft-repeated cliche, but the fact of the matter is that you don’t need to be a marathoner to get stronger. Strength is not the same as power.
